Wunderman Offices | KLab Architecture
Wunderman offices in Athens, designed by KLAb Architecture-Konstantinos Labrinopoulos and Miltos Farmakis.Wunderman’s new offices in Moschato, Athens, were designed using a linear dynamic fluid space that creates sculptural walls playing with patterns, red colour and 3dimensional transparencies and opacities. The new extension creates a dialogue through a corridor that links both sides.
The corridor starts as this, but becomes a space, a piazza within as it widens. The walls are semi transparent semi translucent and semi walls. Partitions – walls – act as sculptural items to separate spaces and departments, create entrances, and prevent, but also allow interaction. They become the fundamental pieces of the new function of the office. A creative and dynamic search for new ideas of communicating. At the end of the corridor exists the most significant space : “the room”. Our interpretation of the conference room fosters the exchange of ideas and thinking by promoting a more informal atmosphere.
